  • Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of treatment for established clients.
  • To register as a farm client we will need a registered holding number.
  • Please notify the office as soon as possible of change of contact details, including the location of your animals.
  • All routine work will be carried out on the morning or early afternoon of your appointment date. Notice given if required.
  • We will try to accommodate your preference of Vet but we cannot always guarantee this.
  • In the case of an emergency we would request you appoint a friend or farm manager to act on your behalf.
  • The practice does provide Pre-movement TB testing but not routine government herd testing.
  • Written Prescriptions are available from this practice
  • To dispense any Prescription Only Medication (POM) the animal(s) will need to classed as under out care this means we need to have visited the farm premises within the last 12 months.
  • In the event a patient/animal needs 24 hour nursing care this is provided at our hospital facility.
  • Our Veterinary fees are available on request.
